You can update the shipping address for an order that you placed if the order has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped we won't be able to re-route the order and you will have to contact the carrier directly.

- updated shipping address,
- the billing zipcode associated with the order
Following your request, your shipping address will be updated prior to shipping and you'll receive a confirmation note—typically within one week.

You can update the shipping address for orders placed with CalChip Connect by following these steps outlined on the CalChip website.
