Bumblebees are small, portable devices used to validate Pollen network coverage. Bumblebees collect data from Flowers -- such as signal strength and internet connection speeds -- and then send that information to Pollen to confirm coverage and help the network grow.
Bumblebees can be used to validate the Flowers in your own space's network, earning 2 PollenCoin Incentive Credits (PICs) per unique Flower-hex validation (subject to a maximum number of validations per Flower type).
Not only can you validate your own network, but you can also earn PICs by traveling around with your Bumblebee and validating other Flowers in your area. Users can earn additional rewards by validating others' Flowers and dropping Pollen in various hexes on their routes. Try taking your Bumblebee unit with you in your car, on your bike, or in your backpack as you walk around town!
