If you purchased items directly from Pollen Mobile at shop.pollenmobile.io, you can request to return your items if your Flower, Bee, or Bird has not earned any PCN.
Once PCN has been earned by a given Flower, Bird, or Bee, we are unable to accept a return and you are advised to sell through the available channels in our Discord or on Telegram.
My hardware is defective. How can I return it?
If your Flower, Bird, or Bee has not earned PCN and appears defective, you can submit a Return Request where we can assess the item in question and offer either an exchange, a refund, or a discount depending on the circumstance.
I purchased my items through CalChip or elsewhere. What does that change?
If you purchased your Pollen Mobile items through CalChip, you can still request a return through Pollen directly and we will work directly with CalChip or others to understand the full scope of the issue.
If you would like to cancel an order placed with CalChip or others, please reach out to their support teams directly as Pollen is unable to process cancellations and refunds for our third-party distributors.
