You can transfer your Pollen Honeybee or Hummingbird to a new device, or even a new user, anytime you need to!
In order to transfer your Pollen eSIM to a new device:
- Remove your eSIM from the device it is currently active on. On iPhone, you can do so by navigating to Settings --> Cellular --> select your Pollen plan --> scroll down and select "Remove Cellular Plan".
Please note that once your Pollen Honeybee is removed from your device, your Honeybee application will reset, including all recorded Pollen drops (don't worry, this won't affect the rewards you've already received). - Once your eSIM is successfully removed from the original device, you can use your original QR code to activate your eSIM on a new compatible device.
If your QR code is no longer valid, or you don't have access to your QR code, please contact support by filling a ticket at support.pollenmobile.io. Please note that support will need to verify your order information before the QR code can be reset. - If you are transferring your eSIM to a new user, you'll also need to transfer your NFT from your Solana wallet to theirs. You'll need to have an available balance of SOL in order to transfer your NFT to a new user.
Please note that Pollen is not responsible for any losses (NFT, eSIM, or currency) that occur via open market sales. We recommend you verify all information from the other party before you proceed with any sales.
What if you need a replacement eSIM?
eSIMs cannot be manipulated, deactivated, or reset once active on a user's device; if you lose access to your eSIM while it is still active on a device, we can offer a $20 replacement eSIM. If you no longer have access to your original eSIM, you can request a replacement by filing a ticket at support.pollenmobile.io. Replacements cost $20, and can be assigned to your original Honeybee or Hummingbird NFT, so you only have to change your cellular settings.
Please note that you'll need to verify your original Honeybee or Hummingbird order information before you may be issued a replacement eSIM. Order verification will include original order#, name and email, and billing address.
All open market purchasers are responsible for retrieving the original order information from the seller.
